They must also have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on a computer. Candidates who achieve a minimum speed of 100 wpm in English shorthand and 9000 key depressions per hour in English typing will be eligible for the bilingual allowance.
